The hotel's interior and building are remarkable, and the location is very convenient. the hotel staff was helpful and prompt in resolving any issues, swiftly fixing the air conditioning when requested. the rooms were spacious, with clean and neat bathrooms. the complimentary facilities were of high quality, including toiletries, iron board, and luggage storage.

The hotel could improve by providing convenient parking spaces for cars, but the lack of parking is a minor issue.

The building and interior of the hotel were impressive and gave a good first impression. The location was also quite convenient, situated in a bustling area with several shops and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed.

The lack of parking for cars was a major inconvenience. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly and the staff did not seem willing to assist me in changing rooms. To make matters worse, they even did maintenance on the A.C. during the night, which was extremely disruptive to my sleep. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was no facility for tea or coffee in the hotel in the morning. The manager and management left much to be desired and overall my experience was not a positive one.
